BrightStar Care of Schaumburg has an opportunity for an Admissions Specialist/Inside Sales Rep to join our team This position would allow you to thrive in a supportive, positive work environment while putting your sales skills to work while pursuing warm leads for future home health care clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in social media management and communication, driving brand awareness through various channels such as email, social media, online marketing, and networking with professional referral sources and healthcare providers in the Northwest Suburban area.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact representing our organization in a professional, approachable manner, embodying our core values and making a positive impression
  • Discover the needs of prospective clients and effectively communicate the benefits of our services, highlighting BrightStar Care differentiators.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and community outreach initiatives, utilizing ZOHO CRM.
  • Engage with warm sales leads and prospective clients and their families via phone or video to present them with our service offerings, secure completed service agreement, and coordinate with Clinical and Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and/or families throughout the inquiry process and the start of care.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing and sales activities, including lead tracking and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong technology skills- previous use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Attention to detail is essential
