Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Medical Device Co in the Alameda, CA area for a Marketing Associate role to assist their team. This is an Onsite role.

Location: ONSITE – Alameda, CA
Duration: 6 months
Shift: M-F 9 am – 5 pm
Pay: $40 per hour.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
- As a member of the HCP Marketing Team, this role requires cross-organization collaboration to execute a variety of marketing tactics that support the sales team and overall impact on business goals.
- The collaboration includes working with our HCP marketing team, sales, sales training & ops, CRM & analytics teams.
- Own development of sales tools, programs, training materials, and field sales and customer communications, as well as training and pull-through across channels.
- Responsible for developing presentations and communications plans to drive alignment across teams and with leadership.
- Responsible for ensuring all materials and tools are approved and implemented through the MLR process.
- Assist in the evaluation of channel efforts to drive product adoption and positive return on investment.
- Manage budget and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
Required

- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4-6 years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
- Product marketing experience in medical products or services preferred.
- Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking, and analysis of market conditions.
- Critical thinking and analysis of market conditions and opportunities.

- Previous experience working with agencies on the creation of materials preferred
- Previous experience in Life Science industries preferred.
- Must demonstrate the ability to develop materials and tools by the compliance and guideline boundaries of the customer-facing team.
- Strong project management skills, setting and executing against deadlines and delivering on commitments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to mobilize key stakeholders and engage senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success in maintaining productive/collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation are essential.
- Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers and develop and coach others to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
