Tired of the corporate BS, we may be the new home for you. Splurge was founded 7 years ago and we in the process of growing our staff, customers, and product offerings. This position is for a self-starter to actively build and grow our DFW on-premise customer base. We are looking for team members to help us archive our growth and company goals over the next few years.

As a sales rep, you will have input in who we sell to, business operations, and what additional products we bring on. We are managerially a flat structure and are looking for partners who will come on board and help build and refine Splurge. You will not get a route and a 40 hour week, so this isn't for everyone. You are also being hired to do sales, not be a delivery driver. My goal is to free you up so you can spend more time in front of customers.

So what separates us from everybody else? There are a couple of things, the biggest is primary focus on customer satisfaction through excellent service. That means no cases breakages, no minimums for deliveries, flat pricing, and elimination of any other industry hinderances. Our aim is to meet the customers needs first and foremost. We do that through products, by bringing high quality wines in all categories, at a price point that competitive. My goal as the owner is to provide a product solution to the end customer, and reduce the barrier to repeat orders.

Previous sales experience required, having existing customers is preferred. Our driving focus is customer satisfaction as this is very much a relationship business. It is important that you also have a focus on customer service, knowledge of the market, and a love of wine. If you have the character and drive, that is what you will need as this is a commission based position. We have some existing retail and on premise customers in Dallas and are looking for you to grow our Dallas customer base by opening new accounts and manage existing ones.

Looking for:

compensation

- $3,000 a month, guarantee of commission on first 30k a month in sales for the first 6 months. Renewable based on performance.
- 10% of sales on or off premise, 5% of retail placements that are on plan
- additional 1% commission on sales over $75k in a month
- mileage reimbursement
- monthly dining allowance ($200).
