We are looking for a director of marketing and communications who is ready to lead and serve. As a director of marketing and communications, you will be responsible for development and implementing a marketing and communications strategy. The incumbent sets goals, monitors work and evaluates results to ensure that departmental objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization. The Director of Marketing and Communications plans and directs the work of the Marketing & Communications department and is responsible for establishing overall objectives and priorities for the direction of the department. The Director of Marketing and Communications works directly with the Chief Administration and Integration Officer and senior management to set overall organizational strategic plans and priorities and considers and analyzes the implications of proposed actions and decisions on the whole of the organization.

Qualifications:

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

  • Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications or an equivalent combination of education, training and expertise.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years combined senior management and communications experience in an organization involving a significant number of people with diverse and varied interests and backgrounds. Must include strategic planning, communications planning and management, marketing and media relations.
  • Required: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance.
