Bookkeeping Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain detailed financial records and organize accounting documents.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist with year-end financial audits and tax filings.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Bookkeeping Administrator or similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
