OSI Systems is seeking a D365 F&O Development Manager who will be responsible of managing development and maintenance activities of ERP and various legacy applications hosted on prem or in the cloud. These activities include, development, setup and configuration of applications, and managing existing applications. This individual will manage the development team and the tasks assigned to the development team to deliver on time. They will work with other IT teams including Infrastructure and helpdesk and communicate with the business users on requirements and the deliverables. 

Responsibilities:
Manage the D365 development team and the tasks assigned to the D365 Development team to deliver on time and communicate with IT business team and business users on requirements and the deliverables.

Hands on development on assigned and required tasks. Assist the team on Test and Production build creation and deployment and code merges.

Provide support on setup and configure applications following established change control process for production environment changes. Provide data and required support to compliance teams for audit and change control process.

Maintain the enterprise and legacy applications and provide support to the DBA team on databases and servers, and create new databases as needed. Provide support on setting up and maintain D365 cloud hosted environments including Dev, Test and Prod as per the projects and business needs.

Participate in the implementation of IT projects that involve new or significant changes to enterprise applications and databases.

Provide support for all enterprise applications as it relates to data quality management.

Work with team members from DBA and Infrastructure teams to specify and size hardware required to meet the needs of our customers.

Work with other IT teams to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve performance and other common issues arising in a distributed architecture.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field required; or 10+ years of work experience in applications development may be substituted.

Minimum 5 years of D365 F&O experience.

Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming is needed.

Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to change control are essential.

Must have good analytical skills.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and make sound and appropriate decisions.
