Technical Project Manager

– Riverside, California – Hybrid Responsibilities: Lead requirement gathering sessions for implementation of all business areas in the enterpriseManage business relationship associated to present and past projects taken up Follow a reasonably accepted communication plan for each project including communication with the development team Make extra effort to understand new applications involved in any given project Prepare project schedules and sprint plans by carefully collecting level of effort for each task Lead and coordinate applications and infrastructure projects Coordinate and test programs before formal launch Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any science discipline Must have 5 plus years of experience in managing small to medium size projects Must have reasonable knowledge of enterprise applications and their implementation methodology Must be PMP certified where CSM certification is a plus Must be willing to work onsite in Riverside for four days with one day from home Must have strong desire to grow horizontally first, followed by vertical growth Must understand good leadership principles Project management experience in retail industry is a plus Knowledge of any major ERP system like Oracle, SAP or D365 is a plus Knowledge of any MES, PLM, WMS or FPNA system is a plus Knowledge of DTC platforms, AWS and Azure is a plus Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential
