Responsibilities:
Accept and dispatch service calls
Communicate with Technicians scheduled service calls
Check Technicians in and out of service calls updating customer portals accordingly
“Time Stamp” field technicians for dispatch, arrival and completed times in the computer system
Generate monthly preventative maintenance calls
Qualifications:
Schedule availability: 9:30am to 6:00 pm
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years working in a fast paced, customer focused environment
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, with limited supervision & make accurate decisions quickly
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Highly motivated, self-starter
