SAP Key-User SD / Mitarbeiter Sales & Marketing (m/w/d)

unbefristet in Vollzeit (35 - 40 Stunden pro Woche).

Das Haupteinsatzgebiet unserer Produkte im industriellen Bereich liegt im Spulensystem von Magnetresonanztomographen (MRT). Bruker EAS gehört innerhalb des weltweit agierenden Bruker-Konzerns zur Division BEST (Bruker Energy and Superconductors Technology).

Responsibilities:
Sie sind ein essenzieller Bestandteil unseres weltweiten Sales- & Marketing-Teams.

Im Fokus Ihrer Tätigkeit als (angehender) (Key-)User (m/w/d) im SAP SD-Modul gewährleisten Sie den First-Level-Support für die Teams „Sales & Marketing“ und „Transportlogistik“ und sind kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die Key-User anderer Module.

Sie sind aktiv an SAP-Projekten beteiligt, einschließlich der Transformation zu S/4 HANA und vertreten die Interessen der BEST in den divisionsübergreifenden Bruker-Teams.

Sie pflegen eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den zuvor genannten Teams.

Prozessdokumentationen, SAP-Schulungen für User und Ticket-Bearbeitung gehören zu Ihren Tätigkeiten und werden von Ihnen souverän umgesetzt.

Neben Ihren Aufgaben als Key-User SD (m/w/d) bringen Sie Ihr Know-how in spannenden Projekten ein. Hierbei übernehmen Sie verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben wie die Digitalisierung sowie die Optimierung und Verwaltung von Vertriebs- und Versandprozessen.

Qualifications:
Idealerweise haben Sie bereits eine Weiterbildung zum SAP Key-User SD (m/w/d) erfolgreich absolviert. Wir begrüßen jedoch auch Bewerber (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Anwendungserfahrung und mit der Bereitschaft sich vertieft in dieses Modul einzuarbeiten und unterstützen Sie gerne auf Ihrem Weg zum SAP Key-User SD (m/w/d).

Sie verfügen über eine passsende IT-Affinität.

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bietet eine gute Basis für die gestellten Herausforderungen.

Erfahrungen mit SAP S/4 HANA sind von Vorteil, ebenso wie modulübergreifendes Verständnis und betriebswirtschaftliches Know-how.

Ihre Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind sicher in Wort und Schrift.

Sie haben Spaß daran, Neues zu lernen und selbstständig Tätigkeiten auszuführen.

Gelegentlichen Reisen im Rahmen von Projekten sehen Sie positiv entgegen.

Sie verfügen über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie logische und strukturierte Denkweise.

Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
