We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting our HR department in various functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policies and procedures, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and extending offers.

Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.

Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.

Performance Management:

Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs within the organization and assist in the development and implementation of training programs.

Coordinate and track employee training and development activities.

HR Policies and Procedures:

Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

HR Administration:

Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel files, processing employee changes, and generating HR reports.

Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Experience with HRIS and other HR software applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

SHRM certification (preferred).
