Job Description:
What You’ll Do: 

Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the organization 

Manage HR projects from end-to-end, including engaging with key stakeholders to execute projects successfully 

Connect dots across the organization to create positive experiences for our leaders and employees at scale 

Identify gaps and opportunities in the business through understanding and interpreting organizational health metrics – creating, implementing, and executing on action plans and solutions 

Someone who looks for solutions and problem-solves while being cognizant of and sensitive to our broader vision of building unified and efficient processes within all of HR  

Proven track record of developing and coaching a team with 3-4 direct reports (2-3 HRBPs plus an HR Generalist) 

 

What You Need: 

10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with 5+ years partnering with Senior Leadership (including executive level) Proven success working in a globally matrixed organization 

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic business environment with a sense of urgency and prioritization skills 

Strong change management, relationship-building, and managing conflict skills 

Solid understanding of HR Operations versus just business partnering. The reason for this is that we are still transitioning from a world where HR pretty much does all functions to one where we collaborate with Shared Services.  

Collaborative approach with the ability to interact with HRBPs globally  

Player/Coach mentality with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute 

A positive attitude
