Job Description

Support the sales and marketing team through tour, telephone inquiry and 

customer/resident interaction. Each inquiry and interaction must be treated with value.

• Regularly attend community networking events to build strategic partnerships and 

awareness of the community to drive referral sources. Report daily activity to the 

Director of Sales and Marketing and any other appropriate team members. 

• Responsible for scheduling, organizing, and managing new resident move-ins and 

updates the Senior Lifestyle Hot Board (move in/move out board) regularly.

• Communicate any special needs of incoming residents to the appropriate member of the community leadership team. 

• Organize and oversee all mailings and maintains inventory of all marketing collateral. 

• Maintain related sales and marketing files and reports. 

• Help plan and implement special events on a monthly basis for referrals (prospects) to 

attend. 

• Maintain a good working relationship with residents and families.

• Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information and complies with all Senior Lifestyle 

policies, city, state, and federal regulations pertaining to Residents’ accounts; specifically 

related to Medicare, third party billing. (if applicable)

• Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, 

families, etc. 

• Perform other duties as assigned.
