Inside Sales Manager

This role is critical to driving Alterna sales growth within the Paychex client base. Responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to identify and capitalize on high-value funding opportunities across the existing customer base and training / motivating the PX sales assets to refer high-value opportunities. Teaching and managing the Inside Sales Associates / Business Development Account Executives on how to manages large geographic territories and develop referral relationships across the organization will be key to the success of the team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Inside Sales Associates and Business Development Account Executives to achieve sales targets and objectives by developing and implementing strategies to optimize the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion by analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements.
Develop and implement and track (KPIs) strategic sales plans monitor sales metrics and track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with the marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to support Alterna’s sales objectives and enhance the Paychex sales teams results.
Recruits, selects and directs sales staff to achieve a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork. Monitors attainment versus forecast and takes corrective action when necessary.
Collaborate with the underwriting and operations team to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales organization by acting as a liaison between sales and other departments, facilitating cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
3 years of experience in 3-5 years of experience in Solution Selling.
3 years of experience in 3-5 years of experience in Leading Sales team.
