Overview

 

Product Connections is looking for a Sales Coach to oversee outside sales reps for our Verizon in-home internet sales team in a specific region. Candidates must have strong sales and customer service experience, exemplary management skills, and an ability to motivate a team to produce sales and generate profit.

The Sales Coach manages a team that works with property managers and multi-unit dwelling owners to generate leads, visiting 8-10 complexes weekly and hosting a minimum of 3 on-site events to generate sales. The sales team works directly with consumers to close sales by exploring products and making suggestions on what plans work best for the consumer.

 

Responsibilities

 

·Manages a team of sales reps to maximize sales and generate profitability
·Travel to property sites within assigned territory (overnight travel may be required)
·Track metrics, modify approach to improve performance, and report on results
·Uphold Product Connections and Verizon core values
·Communicate updates and changes to Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams
·Review implementation activities for sales impact
·Resolve customer issues or escalate if needed
·Manage non-standard incentive process and implement new processes combining manual and automated systems.

 

Qualifications

 

·A proven track record of leading a team of salespeople is required.
·Ability to easily travel across assigned sales region required.
·Experience in telecommunications sales is preferred.
·Knowledge of assigned sales territory is preferred.

Salary Starting at:
$55,000 per year + uncapped commission
