We are currently seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant to support our CEO.

The Part-time Administrative Assistant will need to handle a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring that the CEO's schedule runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual who wants to contribute to the success of a growing company.

Responsibilities:

The following describes some of the core activities you will perform:

Manage office supplies by monitoring inventory, ordering and restocking as needed

Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO

Assist with the coordination and planning of company events and meetings

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files

Handle confidential information in a professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls

Prepare documents, reports, memos, and presentations

Run errands and perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior administrative assistant or office management experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong work ethic

Flexibility to work part-time hours, some of which can be done from home
