Creative flair and innovation in culinary techniques, menu design, and food presentation, with the ability to continuously introduce new and exciting dishes that appeal to guests and keep menus fresh and exciting.

Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with health codes and standards to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
