Job Description

Summary:

The BDC Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving online sales and expanding our digital presence. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual with a strong understanding of automotive sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to leverage various online platforms to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Responsibilities:

Utilize various online platforms, social media, and dealership websites to generate high-quality leads.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone to establish rapport and set appointments for showroom visits.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital marketing strategies.

Monitor and optimize online advertisements to ensure maximum visibility and lead generation.

Provide exceptional customer service to online leads, guiding them through the car-buying process and addressing any concerns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Conduct virtual and in-person product presentations to showcase the features and benefits of available vehicles.

Work closely with the sales team to transition online leads into showroom appointments and sales.

Update and maintain accurate customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online sales strategies.
