Overview:

 

Member of the Payroll team that will ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s timecards for payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information and participate in daily data entry payroll processing.

Responsibilities:
Perform daily payroll department operations

Utilize LIFTER Enhances Time and Attendance to maintain, and/or process timekeeping information

Maintain the Timeclock and Absence inbox, and ensure all employee inquiries are responded to and all timecard edits are competed in a timely matter

Perform weekly audits to ensure accuracy of all timecards

Reviewing and processing all time-off requests complying with federal/state regulations and company policies

Work with leadership to resolve timecard discrepancies and exceptions

Track frequent Time and Attendance Policy offenders

Work with the benefits team to ensure proper day off coding when needed

Interact directly with team members and leadership to answer questions and investigate payroll related matters

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Licenciatura preferred

Punctuality and ready to report to work on a consistent basis\

Expected to adjust accordingly to a fast-paced work environment

Bachelor’s degree preferred

1+ years of experience in an administrative, or data entry role

Experience with LIFTER Enhanced Time and Attendance preferred

Knowledge of Labor law regulations

Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel

Strong work ethic and team player

High degree of professionalism

Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material

Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills

Ability to communicate with various levels of management

Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
