Note: This role is being posted for individuals who have previously served within a Chick-fil-A or STC Brands Restaurant. For current restaurant team members, please apply via the Internal Talent Development Program posting.
Chick-fil-A, Inc.’s Talent Development Program (TDP) is a 36-month program focused on the development of high caliber business professionals that deliver premier learning experiences.
TDP Participants will be responsible for delivering high quality learning experiences on restaurant operations that affect Chick-fil-A, Inc. brand standards through training and facilitation for franchised Operators, Chick-fil-A, Inc. restaurant leaders, and Chick-fil-A, Inc. Support Center Staff. They will be responsible for leading or facilitating training of Chick-fil-A, Inc. restaurant leaders on Chick-fil-A’s history and the brand. Additionally, Participants will have the opportunity to assist in leading trainings offered at the Support Center on new products, services, and applications.
Lastly, some TDP Participants may receive additional development opportunities to support projects and initiatives through short-term business rotations. Information about the business rotations will be made available as needed to eligible TDP applicants as appropriate.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a trainer/facilitator to meet the core needs of Chick-fil-A, Inc. Training Programs at the Support Center and in the field in Chick-fil-A branded restaurants.
Demonstrate expertise in all food preparation procedures, standards, quality, and taste requirements.
Demonstrate expertise of Chick-fil-A training resources.
Provide coaching to develop skills, abilities, and mindset for trainees.
Participants will coach and train new Franchised Operators, Interim Managers, Chick-fil-A, Inc. restaurant leaders [DM1] and Chick-fil-A, Inc. Staff on brand standards and operations.
Provide coaching, feedback and development to Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff Trainers, and program peers.
Build and maintain positive partnerships with key stakeholders.
Give regular consultative feedback to program partners and key stakeholders on the design, development and overall effectiveness of program sessions, activities, and resources.
Provide logistical coordination support to Learning Program partners.
Ensure all activities adhere to Chick-fil-A brand, state, and local health/safety procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior Chick-fil-A or STC Brand Restaurant experience
Exceptional oral communication and active listening skills
Strong written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Apple hardware (iPad)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professionalism in appearance and presentation
Self-motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and within a team on multiple initiatives at the same time
Able to organize and process large amounts of complex, detailed information
Establish and maintain a positive learning environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Chick-fil-A Restaurant Leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of leadership experience
Experience training in a restaurant or retail environment
Strong project management skills
Consulting skills
People and project leadership experience
