Account Manager - Hunter

Un Gerente de Cuentas en SoftwareOne es responsable de identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, ofreciendo las mejores soluciones de SoftwareOne para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y crear un sólido pipeline de clientes potenciales calificados. Se encarga de todo el proceso de ventas, desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta la conversión, y desempeña un papel fundamental en el impulso del crecimiento de los ingresos para la organización.

 

Tu día a día:

Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

Realizar un análisis detallado de los requisitos y puntos de dolor del cliente.

Utilizar un profundo conocimiento de las ofertas de productos para articular la propuesta de valor.

Implementar estrategias proactivas de prospección y generación de clientes potenciales.

Cultivar relaciones sólidas con los principales tomadores de decisiones e influyentes.

Lo que esperamos de ti:

5+ años de experiencia en:Ventas de soluciones técnicas complejas, modelos de consumo y resultados de negocios para la alta gerencia del cliente y sus equipos.

Desarrollo de planes de cuentas accionables a corto y largo plazo, basados en una comprensión profunda de los impactos de las tendencias de negocios y tecnología.

Ventas de nuevos software y servicios a nivel empresarial global.

Amplio conocimiento del sector de gestión de rendimiento o análisis, incluyendo productos, competidores, historial, tendencias emergentes y cambios en el mercado.

Experiencia en diversas industrias verticales y sus tendencias, combinada con conocimientos en TI/OT, así como servicios de nube y plataforma.

 

Calificaciones deseables:

Inglés avanzado

Certificaciones AWS, GCP y/o Microsoft.

Habilidades balndas:

Trabajo en equipo, trabajando eficazmente dentro del equipo global, cumpliendo con los objetivos propios y apoyando a otros.

Enfoque en el cliente, asegurándose de estar al tanto de las necesidades y expectativas del cliente, esforzándose constantemente por ofrecer un rendimiento de clase mundial.

Motivar, guiar y desarrollar a compañeros de equipo completos y a todo el Ecosistema como, por ejemplo, CSM, CSE, PSS, arquitectos, ingenieros de sistemas, GAMs de entrada global.

Comunicación y habilidades interpersonales excelentes.
