EPMO Project Manager

Wayne Pennsylvania, United States The Judge Group Full time
Overview:
The primary role of the EPMO Project Manager (Business Team) at The Judge Group is to work closely with Project Sponsors, Project Owners, Business Analysts, Enterprise Project Management Office, and External Subject Matter Experts. A Judge EPMO Project Manager will be expected to provide ongoing visibility to their direct EPMO Manager, the EPMO Director, relevant Executive Stakeholders and Project Owner(s). At any given time, it is the responsibility of the EPMO Project Manager to know the status of any project to which they are assigned.

Microsoft Project Professional will be the primary tool used for the Judge EPMO PM to track deliverables, assign work and present project timelines using Gantt charts and reports as needed. This individual will schedule regular meetings as required with the key stakeholders to ensure the completion of tasks, removal of blockers and maintenance of overall communication of the project to which they are assigned. While Microsoft Project will be regularly employed to help keep projects moving forward, communication within the EPMO as well as Judge leadership will be required. Communicating regularly to the Enterprise Project Management Office concerning current workload and the addition or subtraction of originally scheduled hours on a project is vital. This will ensure that Judge resources are not bogged down with too many projects at once, which in turn will create a lack of efficiency and potential burnout of resources.

This role reports to the EPMO Director.
