We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Maintenance and Assets Management Planner to oversee the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities while also managing the organization's assets effectively. The Maintenance and Assets Management Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring that maintenance tasks are conducted efficiently, assets are properly maintained, and operational downtime is minimized.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and assets.

• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

• Conduct regular inspections of assets to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Monitor asset performance and implement strategies to extend their operational life.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop maintenance plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.

• Utilize maintenance management systems to track maintenance activities, asset history, and performance metrics.

• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in maintenance and asset management.

• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, asset performance, and maintenance costs for management review.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase asset reliability.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to maintenance and asset management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

• Proven experience in maintenance planning and asset management.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of industry best practices in maintenance and asset management. 2

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

• Certification in maintenance planning or asset management is a plus.
