As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in building a high-performing team by attracting and hiring top talent. You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with candidates across various channels. In addition, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, effectively screen and assess candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role

Demonstrated success in implementing innovative sourcing strategies and attracting top talent

Experience with full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems

3+ years technical recruiting experience highly desired

Strong understanding of diversity recruitment strategies

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Professional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus

CliniComp's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower, based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.

Annual Salary Range: $125K - 160K
