Join us at CliniComp and take your career to new heightsProven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar roleDemonstrated success in implementing innovative sourcing strategies and attracting top talentExperience with full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems3+ years technical recruiting experience highly desiredStrong understanding of diversity recruitment strategiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidatesStrategic mindset with the ability to think creativelyBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferredProfessional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plusCliniComp's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
