Responsibilities:
Develops, administers, maintains, and interprets healthcare benefit programs, policies, and procedures
Daily operational support and vendor management of healthcare ecosystem partners
Oversight of member escalations
Assesses market trends related to healthcare benefit strategies and practices and makes recommendations to support ongoing competitiveness and positively impact attraction and retention
Conducts research and analysis, influences collaboration, makes recommendations, coordinates and may lead projects and develops solutions
Interprets, creates, analyzes, communicates, and presents reports and data supporting or influencing business decisions
Designs, validates, and supports new and existing tools, processes, programs, and policies
Qualifications:
Desired Skills:
Previous health care medical benefits experience strongly preferred
High learning agility and strong communication skills with the ability to influence others
Experience working with a team to design, administer and monitor medical benefit programs
Professional and versatile when meeting with and presenting to all levels of employees and leaders
History of success in previous and current role
Vendor management experience preferred
Quickly adapts to new technology solutions and adheres to best practices
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
