Senior Vice President, Federal Growth

The Senior Vice President of Federal Growth plays a critical role in shaping the company's future success and driving sustainable growth. AIS is looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a track record of delivering results that will be responsible for driving and executing growth initiatives within the organization.
What You'll Be Doing:
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team and the Federal Business Units to formulate comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and revenue goals.
Market Expansion (White Space): Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive business growth and increased market penetration.
Revenue Optimization: Work with the Federal Business Units to develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue streams, including pricing strategies, solution bundling, and upselling Microsoft partner programs.
Solution Innovation: Work closely with solution development teams to identify market trends and customer needs, driving innovation and differentiation in AIS’ solution offerings.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and market research to identify opportunities, evaluate competition, and make data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across the Federal Business Units and our corporate functions to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiatives.
Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support and set processes for scalability and efficiency to achieve AIS’ strategic objectives.
Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances (where needed) to enhance the company's market position and accelerate growth initiatives. Build teaming relationships that enable short-,mid-, and long-term strategic growth.
Profile of Success:
Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years experience in a growth related field
Proven track record of driving successful business growth and achieving revenue targets
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful growth strategies in a federal government environment
Deep understanding of federal market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
Experience in scaling businesses (from a growth perspective) and navigating company dynamics
Understanding and knowledge of data analytics and market research tools
Strong business acumen and financial literacy
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results
