Responsibilities:
The Senior Sales Concierge Specialist will be a key member of a team that is immersed in optimizing the services and capabilities of Gallagher Benefit Services. This position is responsible for implementing sales strategies and processes; ultimately executing against divisional and regional strategies using automated solutions to drive sales success. The Senior Sales Concierge Specialist will work with the field, business stakeholders and subject-matter experts to define enablement objectives. They will then use these insights and requirements to develop and own content and build solutions that are sales-relevant, channel-relevant, practical and scalable.

Essential Duties:

Responsible for driving sales strategy, owning the delivery of the strategy and positioning the overall pursuit and sales package to win

Prioritizes and manages complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously with appropriate urgency

Work closely with leadership to create a regional plan that enables producers to have consistent, effective and engaging sales conversations with prospects and customers at each stage of the sales cycle

Engage with Regional and Divisional Sales Enablement Leadership, Regional and Branch Leadership and producers to identify knowledge, skills and systems enablement requirements

Create insights to drive new business ad renewal activity success, enable process improvement and inform cross-functional solutions

Creation of content, curriculum, exercises and events as part of program delivery

Assess performance through various reports, surveys, interviews and analysis

Assimilate highly complex data and report out simplified and clear insights

Produce, analyze and interpret data into key themes and findings

Is a subject matter on process, products and capabilities

Consistently owns and updates all content to ensure relevance

Oversees processes and systems for efficacy and continuous improvement of the sales functions

Identification and possible creation of tools to assist sales teams

Works cooperatively and strategically in a team environment with all levels of professional, technical and administrative staff to integrate resources on a timely and organized basis

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Enablement and/or Product Marketing, Proposals, Operations, Business Process, Program Ownership and Business Development experience required with a demonstrated track record of success in a highly matrixed organization

Strong understanding of sales concepts, sales processes, sales methodologies

Experienced in explaining complex concepts, ideas and solutions for processes, products and capabilities to a wide range of audiences

Experienced in positioning content and materials in the pursuit or retention of business
