Job Summary: We are currently seeking a FrontDesk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, with exceptionaltelephone skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Thisposition requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the abilityto multitask effectively, and intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft OfficeSuite.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcomeguests in a professional and friendly manner.

- Answer and directphone calls promptly and courteously.

- Provide accurateinformation to callers and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.

- Assist withscheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.

- Maintain a cleanand organized front desk area.

- Handle incomingand outgoing mail and packages.

- Assist with basicadministrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

- Monitor andmaintain office supplies inventory.

- Assist withspecial projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 yearof experience in a receptionist or front desk role.

- Excellenttelephone skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.

- Strong written andverbal communication skills.

- Ability tomultitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Intermediateproficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- High schooldiploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications inoffice administration or related field is a plus.

- Attention todetail and strong organizational skills.
