Currently we are seeking a motivated self-starter to join in our Service Business Development Center. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound phone calls for service scheduling

Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments, reminders, and recall notifications.

Schedule Service Loaners

Utilize CRM System to communicate with internal partners and customers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education.

Strong social skills with customer service experience.

Previous phone sales or CRM experience is a plus but not required.

Strong verbal and written skills.

Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly.

Team-oriented with a career mindset.

Ability to work: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
