Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization, including proactive sourcing methods, recruitment advertising, and employer branding initiatives.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements, responsibilities, and expectations.

Develop inclusive and engaging job postings and utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational culture fit.

Lead and coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating candidate evaluations, and providing feedback to stakeholders.

Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the on-boarding stage, ensuring a positive and professional interaction at every touchpoint.

Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and retention, and proactively recommend improvements or adjustments to recruitment processes.

Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pipeline and build a strong employer brand.

Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement retention strategies, including employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and career development opportunities.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in retention efforts.

Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment and retention performance, identify areas for optimization, and report on key talent acquisition and retention metrics to senior leadership.
