Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven LED Lighting Sales Executive to join our Kansas City team. This role involves promoting and selling LED lighting solutions, while embodying our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
This is a base salary + commissions position Commissions are uncapped
Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales strategies for LED lighting products and services.
2. Establish and nurture client relationships, focusing on long-term partnerships.
3. Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
4. Provide expert consultations and recommendations to clients on LED lighting solutions.
5. Effectively use CRM tools for sales tracking and client management.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals and innovate new strategies.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in LED technology.
8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in LED lighting or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and strong analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, innovative, and motivated by sales achievements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
