Moretrench Industrial Inc. seeking a results-driven Project Administrator to join our team in the Tampa, FL office.

 

Responsibilities:
Manage the accounting functions of the project site.

Collect and process paperwork verifying for accuracy.

Communicate daily with the project Field.

Communicate with Vendors and Clients.

Create Opportunities as given from field.

Create Job start notice (JSN) as requested by field/PO from client.

Create JSN for PO change orders.

Track and enter Payroll (PR) hours in Groundworks (GW).

Track and enter equipment hours in GW.

Survey Time/Equipment and Transport Time/Equipment to be added to timesheets.

Review and approve AP invoices in GW workflow, and contact vendor if invoice is incorrect or missing.

Create PO requisitions and submit to vendors – store in project folder in server when returned with signature.

Receive on PO’s once verified with field and track POs to increase/close.

Create IC billing sheets as needed.

Create billing roll-ups.

Track billing to PO’s – total amount and material amounts for Field Glass PO’s.

Client reports if needed and/or Client system data entry if needed.

Audit project to ensure all materials were billed.

WIP reports

 

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a related field encouraged.

Previous experience in working with Project Managers for the delivery of projects.

Written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking

Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office and of project manager tools

Associates or Technical degree required
