Responsibilities:
La oportunidad

Contribuir con el cumplimiento de los objetivos de PepsiCo a través de una participación activa en el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias en materia de recursos humanos y de negocio. Dichas estrategias permiten garantizar y maximizar las relaciones de trabajo con los empleados, así como la continuidad de la operación.

 

Tu impacto

Como HR Sr Supervisor tus responsabilidades constarían de:

Identificar las oportunidades y diseñar planes de acción con la finalidad de continuar transformando la agenda de Talento de la Región.

Desarrollar e implementar estrategias e iniciativas que contribuyan al mejoramiento de los indicadores clave de Recursos Humanos (Ausentismo, siniestralidad, rotación, demandas laborales y cobertura de vacantes), con el fin de contar con plantillas de personal laboralmente estables que permitan alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.

Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos básicos de Recursos Humanos (Altas, bajas, transferencias, riesgos de trabajo, demandas, etc.).

Impulsar las estrategias que desarrollen y fortalezcan la cultura de seguridad y salud ocupacional, que eleven la calidad de vida de los colaboradores, y contribuyan a la creación de una Compañía libre de riesgos.

Coordinar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de Administración de desempeño PepsiCo.

Coordinar la aplicación de la Encuesta de Clima Organizacional, garantizando el 100% de participación de los empleados.

Participar en los despliegues de Cultura de comportamientos PEPSICO, asegurando su entendimiento y ejercicio en la vida laboral y personal de los empleados.

Colaborar en el desarrollo e implementación de esquemas de reconocimiento al desempeño para el personal, para consolidar el posicionamiento de la Compañía como el mejor lugar para trabajar.

Participar y dar seguimiento en el despliegue de la comunicación corporativa en los centros de trabajo, garantizando que el personal se mantenga informado.

Participar en el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias laborales que permitan a la Compañía la flexibilidad necesaria para dar continuidad a la operación del Negocio.

Garantizar la atracción de Talento hacia la organización.

Administrar adecuadamente la compensación del personal, con el fin lograr una mayor retención del personal y satisfacción en el trabajo.

Garantizar la agenda de desarrollo de personal y la sucesión de puestos clave en el corto, mediano y largo plazo.

Administrar el proceso de incidencias de personal para garantizar la justa remuneración de los empleados en tiempo y forma.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos en materia laboral estipulados por la ley.

Qualifications:
¿A quién buscamos?

Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Industriales, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín, (preferentemente con postgrado o especialidad).

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Generalista en Recursos Humanos.

Conocimientos de la Ley Federal de Trabajo, IMSS e Infonavit.

Inglés avanzado, escrito y conversacional.
