Responsibilities:
Our new Go-to-Market function in Corporate Agency has a mission to create meaningful behavior change in agent offices, leading to outcomes for the enterprise and for the small business owners at the heart of our company. We package new products, technology & offerings in creative go-to-market/product adoption plans that best resonate with the entrepreneurial spirit of the roughly 19,000 agents across the country. We tap into creativity, innovation, design thinking, and test & learn approaches to create effective Go-to-Market strategies that will help agent offices shift into future-forward behaviors while meeting their business goals.

The Go-to-Market Execution Design Manager will lead a team of execution designers creating engagement tactics and coordinating product adoption techniques across multiple execution areas in the organization. This leader should be a pace-setter and enable teams to work in a nimble, agile way as go-to-market plans are created, deployed and optimized. A relentless focus on outcomes and behavioral analysis will be critical to ensure our strategic plans are effective and lead to desired behavior change. 

You Can Expect To:

Lead team to drive the development of go-to-market plans for large priorities coming from the enterprise as they are delivered into over 19,000 agent offices with a relentless focus on the audience of small business owners & entrepreneurs

Partner closely with teams across the enterprise like Marketing, Operations, Public Affairs, Learning, and Enterprise Technology to effectively translate enterprise goals to audience-centric plans and tactics that will achieve business outcomes at enterprise, Market Area and agent office levels 

Foster an environment of collaboration, test & learn, and innovation/creativity to evolve how priorities and changes are delivered to agent offices and supporting field partners

Use strong situational agility and calculated risk taking to evaluate multiple agent office impacts at a given time and inform go/no-go decisions

Lead team to operate in an agile, data-driven fashion to resolve problems or identify opportunities to improve execution plays to reach outcomes

Advocate for coordination and a cohesive delivery experience to agent offices, field support & field executives  - serves as the glue that brings plans together across support channels and execution areas pre, during, and post implementation

This position is a Hybrid work arrangement, located in Bloomington IL, Dunwoody GA, Richardson TX, or Tempe AZ. Remote opportunies will not be considered and relocation will not be offered.

Qualifications:
 

Current leadership experience preferred

Experience in developing and delivering direct to consumer go-to-market or product adoption plans

Experience in marketing and/or communicating to small business owners

Experience working with technology teams from vision to delivery and understanding of the product management process

Experience with the measurement of go-to-market & communication strategies
