The Role

Flight Performance is looking for an Influencer Marketing Strategist to become an integral part of our Influencer and Social Media team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will Develop & execute cross platform influencer marketing campaigns that align with client goals, ensuring we have achieved performance, meeting our client expectations and becoming an expert within your field.

Responsibilities & Duties

Develop & execute cross platform influencer marketing campaigns that align with client goals; driving awareness, engagement, revenue and killer content for re-distribution across paid media and organic social channels

Creative minded: you'll put together strong creative briefs based on your understanding of how to produce killer content and optimize influencer campaigns and content to increase performance

Work closely with the paid and email teams to funnel top influencer content into paid media and email campaigns

Manage influencer campaigns from the development of the initial concept, influencer outreach, agreement negotiation, budget management, creative development, campaign execution and reporting

Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and manage day to day communications

Lead client calls as they relate to influencer campaign execution, updates and performance

Stay on top of industry trends, influencer marketing best practices, the latest tools and platforms, translating to strategies and tactics for your clients

Requirements

3+ years of influencer and/or social media experience & track record

2+ year(s) of experience in a similar role at a DTC/ecomm marketing agency or brand preferred but not required

Well versed in marketing strategies across influencer and social media marketing

Ability to execute impactful influencer campaigns to hit client goals, deliver ROI, brand awareness & reach

Excellent communication & time management skills

Build community to ultimately increase customer acquisition

Creative thinker with a ‘can do’ and curious attitude
