Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 3 months, with the potential to evolve into a full-time position.

What You'll Learn and Do:

  • Trend Research: Identify trending videos and innovative ideas across platforms, turning insights into engaging content for our clients.
  • Creative Development: Generate creative briefs and presentations that align with client objectives and brand voice, bringing your unique ideas to life.
  • Event Organization: Lead in the planning and execution of events to strengthen and expand our influencer network.
  • Content Coordination: Work closely with influencers and our creative team to produce content that's not only on-brand but also breaks new ground in innovation.
  • Influencer Outreach: Play a pivotal role in reaching out to potential influencers, crafting partnerships that foster long-term collaboration.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with departments across the agency to ensure seamless campaign execution, learning the ins and outs of integrated marketing strategies.
  • Quality Control: Partner with our production team to uphold High Scale's standard of excellence, ensuring all content meets our high creative standards.
