Regulatory Compliance Licensing Specialist

Summary:
Under the direction of the Regulatory Compliance Manager the Regulatory Compliance Licensing Specialist position is responsible for auditing, tracking, analyzing initial and renewal license submissions with various gaming authorities in the US.
Responsibilities
Heavy data analysis in the oversight and tracking of initial and renewal for gaming employee license applications and approvals for various gaming jurisdiction.
Effectively communicate and provide a high degree of support to cross functional teams including but not limited to Human Resources, Operations, and Compliance departments as it relates to the statuses of employee licensing.
Monitor and maintain license issuance and ensure licensing compliance.
Maintain, monitor, and update licensing/compliance procedures in all jurisdictions and communicate jurisdictional requirements changes/updates of regulations to other team members within the compliance department and management.
Manage database and other means of tracking for initial and renewal occupational license issuance.
Responsible for generating routine status reports for review and analysis.
Organize frequent meetings with internal and external stakeholders including gaming authorities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
