We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in the sweet and/or savory flavor industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. This role requires a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure meticulous compliance across all aspects of product development and labeling. Job Responsibilities: · Generate official technical documents for new and existing flavors and ingredient systems, including Product Data Sheets, Safety Data Sheets, Nutritional Statements, and other various regulatory statements. · Gather and analyze the necessary data to ensure compliance with domestic (FEMA GRAS, USDA) and international (Codex, EFFA, JECFA, etc.) regulatory requirements for flavors and ingredient systems. · Assist in achieving and maintaining various certifications like Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher, Halal, etc. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout product development, from concept to launch.

Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, food science, nutrition or other related field. · Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a regulatory role in the flavor industry. · Experience with savory flavors is a plus. · Experience with alcoholic beverages and TTB submission is preferred. · Familiarity with ProductVision or similar formulation software is strongly preferred. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. · Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus.
