We are currently seeking a Tenant Service Rep to join our Office Property Management team in Seattle, WA. Expected salary range: $28.90 - $31.25/hr. The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. What this job involves: Supporting your team to deliver best in class service As a Tenant Service Coordinator at JLL, you will apply your friendly, outgoing personality and administrative skills to support our office property management team by greeting visitors and answering the phones, maintaining the social media platform, coding invoices, driving the coordination of tenant events. This is a great opportunity for you to start your career in commercial property management if you have a positive attitude, are proactive and can think ahead to anticipate the administrative needs of the team. Being a relationship builder: Keeping our building tenants and owners happy is always top of mind. You will be the liaison between tenants, vendors and building staff to ensure our buildings are clean, functional and welcoming. Before you apply it's also worth knowing what we're looking for: Education and experience: A high school diploma is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Less than 1 year of related experience/entry level. Experience supporting commercial real estate professionals in any sector is a plus. Ability to demonstrate advanced oral and written communication skills as well as strong organization and time management skills. Experience in Microsoft office, Excel, event planning, reception, work orders, certificates of insurance, tenant interaction, and/or Yardi preferred.
