Client Success Team Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a dedicated Client Success Team Operations Coordinator (Remote) to join our team In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring seamless operations, supporting campaign execution, and maintaining strong client relationships.What You'll Do:Campaign Management & ExecutionAssist in building, launching, and optimizing campaigns.Troubleshoot any issues to ensure campaigns run smoothly, particularly during team member absences.Client CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for clients when team members are unavailable.Provide updates on campaign performance, lead delivery status, and address any client inquiries.Ensure clients stay informed and engaged throughout their campaign journey.Internal Team CollaborationWork closely with internal teams to keep campaigns on track.Communicate updates, changes, or potential challenges to ensure alignment across the team.Help maintain workflow continuity when team members are out of the office.Quality ControlReview client-facing deliverables to ensure they meet high standards before being shared.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in all materials.Reporting & UpdatesMaintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding campaign performance.Prepare and deliver reports, proactively addressing any potential issues before they arise.Additional SupportAssist with data entry, updating internal platforms, managing calendars, and other operational tasks.Step in as needed to provide extra support and maintain business continuity.What We're Looking For:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.If you're excited about making a meaningful impact and supporting both clients and internal teams, we'd love to hear from youEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 18.00 25.00 Per Hour
