Position Overview As the Client Success Director, you will set the strategic vision for client success at Xnurta, ensuring every customer achieves maximum value from our platform. You’ll lead a global team spanning North America and EMEA, defining scalable processes, and driving initiatives that strengthen client relationships, increase retention, and expand revenue opportunities. Acting as a key voice of the customer, you will partner with senior leadership across Product, Sales, and Marketing to shape our roadmap and continuously enhance the client experience. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term client success strategy, aligning with company goals for retention, growth, and customer satisfaction. Team Development: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Client Success organization; recruit, coach, and develop managers and individual contributors. Customer Growth & Retention: Guide the team to proactively identify expansion opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell, while reducing churn across enterprise accounts. Executive Client Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at key agencies and brands, acting as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts. Process & Program Management: Design scalable onboarding, adoption, and success programs; implement metrics and reporting to track health, usage, and ROI. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product to communicate client needs, prioritize enhancements, and influence the roadmap; partner with Sales and Marketing to support revenue initiatives. Thought Leadership: Represent Xnurta in webinars, industry events, and high-profile client meetings, sharing expert insights on Amazon digital advertising and broader e-commerce trends. Escalation Oversight: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for critical issues, ensuring rapid resolution and a best-in-class client experience. Qualifications 7 years of experience in customer/client success, consulting, or strategic account management within digital advertising or AdTech SaaS. Deep expertise in Amazon advertising (Search/DSP) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Walmart, Instacart, or Criteo. 3 years in a senior leadership role managing managers or large teams in a fast-growing environment. Proven track record of driving retention, growth, and operational excellence at scale. Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. High technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into client value. Strategic mindset with the agility to thrive in a dynamic, evolving startup setting.
