This hybrid field role covers the Kansas Metro Area and combines outreach to small-to-medium businesses with residential route activity across Kansas City, KS and surrounding suburbs. The position focuses on working routed warm/hot demand alongside targeted neighborhood canvassing and local business visits, following a discovery demo close workflow with consistent tracking.

  • Manage routed warm/hot leads across the assigned metro area with minimal cold-start prospecting.
  • Supplement routed leads with targeted residential canvassing and SMB outreach in assigned zones.
  • Conduct on-site or virtual discovery sessions, present solutions, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Track daily KPIs such as doors/visits, conversations, demos, closes, and installs/activations.
  • Log all activity the same day in the CRM and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast.
  • Coordinate installs and activations and ensure customers understand next steps.
  • Provide weekly field feedback to refine scripts, zone assignments, and messaging.

What to expect: structured onboarding and coaching, provided scripts and territory playbooks, routed lead flow with mapped neighborhoods and SMB lists, and tools for pricing and quoting. High performers may advance to leadership roles (Team Lead MIT).

Qualifications: comfortable with face-to-face sales in residential and small-business settings; resilient, coachable, and reliable with an activity-driven focus; strong communication and consistent follow-through; valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone; authorized to work in the U.S.; prior field sales experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation includes a $1,000/month retainer, uncapped commissions, and frequent weekly/monthly bonuses. Typical on-target earnings for Kansas Metro representatives are approximately $40,000$85,000+ annually depending on performance. Final terms and classification are confirmed at offer.
