About the Role

We're looking for a
Marketing Project Manager
who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can turn ideas into flawless execution. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of the marketing team, translating strategy into action, keeping campaigns on track, and ensuring that every launch delivers on time, on budget, and on brand.

You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, e-commerce, and leadership teams to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and optimize communication while maintaining the brand's reputation for innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of marketing initiatives from concept and planning to execution and post-launch review.
  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, developers) to align priorities and maintain momentum.
  • Oversee campaign execution across channels including email, paid media, social, web, and product launches.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and roadblocks clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support the VP of Marketing in planning quarterly initiatives and allocating team resources effectively.
  • Track KPIs and assist in performance reporting to evaluate campaign success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Uphold creative and brand standards across all projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing marketing or e-commerce projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, creative production, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, , or Trello.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience in the eyewear or e-commerce industry is a strong plus
