Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing, branding, and client communications to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience. This role combines strategy, creativity, and hands-on execution; ideal for someone who thrives in a small, fast-paced medical aesthetics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with the clinic's growth goals and metrics.
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for all campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Lead and coordinate special marketing initiatives such as large-scale mergers, rebranding efforts, or business expansion projects — ensuring smooth brand transitions and consistent messaging across all platforms.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Oversee the clinic's website, ensuring content is current, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly.
- Manage social media coordinator and assist with strategy on all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) — including content creation, posting, engagement, and analytics.
- Plan and execute digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive leads and bookings.
- Monitor online reviews and manage reputation on platforms such as Google and Yelp.
Content Creation & Branding
- Create visually appealing and educational content (photos, videos, blogs, email newsletters) to promote treatments, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop before-and-after photo campaigns and patient success stories.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all marketing materials.
Client Engagement & Retention
- Plan in-clinic events, open houses, pop-up events and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and reward loyal members.
- Implement and monitor CRM and email marketing strategies to enhance patient retention.
- Analyze client feedback and booking patterns to optimize marketing initiatives.
Partnerships & Community Outreach
- Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media to expand brand reach.
- Coordinate sponsorships, collaborations, and referral programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or luxury brands.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative eye for design and content aesthetics.
- Experience managing or supporting a rebranding initiative, clinic merger, or multi-location marketing integration is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of compliance and ethical marketing in the medical field is a plus.
