About the Role
We're seeking a Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing team. In this role, you'll drive creative operations for our design team and lead high-visibility cross-functional initiatives. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution - coordinating high-impact moments across the entire organization and ensuring our creative team has the structure, resources, and support to deliver exceptional work.
What You'll Do
Creative Trafficking
Own and optimize the creative intake process - ensuring requests are well-scoped, prioritized, unblocked, and efficiently routed
Build and maintain creative production calendars that balance strategic priorities with team capacity
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure high-quality work ships on time and within scope
Create reporting systems that provide visibility into creative pipeline, velocity, and outcomes
Bridge communication between creative teams and cross-functional partners (revenue marketing, product, sales, customer success)
Lead team operating cadence like sprint planning, standups, brainstorms, and retrospectives, and ensure outcomes are documented and followed through on
Manage relationships with freelancers, agencies, and production vendors including photographers, video teams, and external designers
Negotiate scopes, timelines, and budgets with external partners to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Program Management
Own end-to-end coordination of major marketing moments, serving as the central orchestrator across marketing, product, sales, customer success, and executive teams
Develop and execute comprehensive launch playbooks, including DACIs, workback schedules, and cross-functional communication plans
Facilitate launch readiness meetings, track dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact timing or quality
Drive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities, ensuring all teams are synchronized for launch day
Lead post-launch retrospectives and continuously refine processes based on learnings
What We're Looking For
5+ years of project management experience supporting creative, design, and marketing teams in fast-paced environments
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns and product launches from concept to completion
Deep familiarity with creative workflows, the design process, and what it takes to produce exceptional work
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion) and design collaboration platforms (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining composure and driving results
Benefits at Ironclad:
100% health coverage for employees (medical, dental, and vision), and 75% coverage for dependents with buy-up plan options available
Market-leading leave policies, including gender-neutral parental leave and compassionate leave
Family forming support through Maven for you and your partner
Paid time off - take the time you need, when you need it
Monthly stipends for wellbeing, hybrid work, and (if applicable) cell phone use
Mental health support through Modern Health, including therapy, coaching, and digital tools
Home office setup stipend to make your space work for you
Pre-tax commuter benefits (US Employees)
401(k) plan with Fidelity with employer match (US Employees)
Regular team events to connect, recharge, and have fun
And most importantly: the opportunity to help build the company you want to work at
