Job Description:

  • Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Solutions Project Manager to support Meta's content operations. The role involves managing end-to-end content initiatives, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile project management experience, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of content-related projects, from initiation and planning to execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Drive project execution using Agile methodologies, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams including content strategy, design, localization, marketing, and engineering.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor progress, track dependencies, and proactively address risks or blockers.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and communication updates.
  • Ensure that all content deliverables adhere to Meta's brand, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Support process improvements to enhance project efficiency and delivery quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within content, creative, or digital environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of Agile project management principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder coordination and documentation.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, or Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) or digital asset management tools.
  • Background in global content delivery, localization, or creative production.
  • Familiarity with Meta's platforms, tools, and content processes.
