Wish Granted Plumbing is one of Orange County's fastest-growing home service companies. We are hiring an energetic Business Development Representative to expand our commercial and property management accounts.

This role focuses on building relationships with property management companies, HOAs, multi-family communities, and real estate groups. You will visit offices, attend local events, network with decision-makers, and secure new recurring accounts.

This is an individual contributor role. We're looking for a self-motivated "people person" who enjoys meeting new contacts and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Visit 15–20 property management offices per week
  • Build relationships with PM firms, HOAs, multi-family managers, and real estate groups
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and presentations
  • Attend 4–8 networking, HOA, or industry events per month
  • Follow up consistently to convert contacts into recurring accounts
  • Track all outreach and contacts in CRM (training provided)
  • Support onboarding of new commercial accounts
  • Represent Wish Granted Plumbing professionally

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales, outside sales, or business development experience (preferred)
  • Outgoing, personable, and confident meeting new people
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Self-starter who can manage their own schedule
  • Comfortable with in-person visits and event attendance
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Experience in plumbing/home services is a plus but not required

Performance ExpectationsWeekly

  • 15–20 office visits
  • 25–40 follow-up calls/emails/texts
  • 5+ new contacts added to CRM
  • 3+ meetings scheduled

Monthly

  • 8–12 in-person meetings
  • 2–4 new PM/HOA accounts secured
  • Attendance at 4–8 networking events

Revenue Expectations

  • Generate $6,000–$15,000 in new recurring monthly commercial revenue
  • Contribute to $25,000–$40,000 in quarterly commercial revenue growth
  • Maintain a 90%+ retention rate for accounts you bring in

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000–$65,000 base salary (DOE)
  • Uncapped commission + performance bonuses
