In this Entry Level Business Account Specialist role, you will become knowledgeable in a wide range of products, including internet services, wireless plans, and advanced communication tools. Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Business Account Specialist

  • Meet with customers to discuss their service needs and recommend tailored internet or wireless solutions
  • Support the enrollment process by managing account setup, service activation, and follow-up communications
  • Communicate pricing, promotions, timelines, and installation details in a clear and professional way
  • Stay current on new products, industry updates, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information
  • Look for opportunities to improve the customer experience through upgrades or bundled services
  • Work with fellow Entry Level Business Account Specialists to ensure every interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-focused
  • Track all customer engagements and outcomes to measure results and maintain strong service delivery

Qualifications for Success as an Entry Level Business Account Specialist

  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and apply them in real-world situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach
