What You'll Do

  • Handle data entry with accuracy and speed.
  • Manage our phone system and keep communication flowing.
  • Schedule appointments and keep calendars organized.
  • Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Call clients to provide project updates.
  • Support the office with filing, faxing, supplies, and other tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Benefits

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
  • Overtime available January through April (tax season).
  • A supportive team environment where your growth matters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
