We are currently hiring for a Bilingual Sales Assistant to inspire and guide our sales teams in the area. As a premier partner of AT&T, we are seeking a leader who is passionate about people and technology. This Bilingual Sales Assistant role is a performance-driven position where you will learn how to engage customers, present wireless solutions, generate sales, and help improve team performance while building the foundation for a long-term career in telecom.

Bilingual Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply AT&T wireless product knowledge to enroll, sign up, and assist customers with plans, devices, upgrades, and add-ons.
  • Support the sales team by practicing customer engagement, presenting wireless options, and assisting with closing sales.
  • Shadow experienced representatives to understand daily sales operations, customer needs, and effective selling strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions focused on sales development, communication, and customer experience.
  • Help identify customer needs and match them with the right AT&T wireless solutions.
  • Assist with outreach efforts to increase market presence and generate new customer enrollments.
  • Contribute to team goals by maintaining a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Bilingual Sales Assistant Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service based role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills - bilingual is a bonus
  • Time management skills to give prompt responses to customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A competitive edge along with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, competitive setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4, $5,500.00 per month
